I have received the wrong item?
Myprotein.com takes pride in ensuring that orders are dispatched promptly and correctly on every occasion to ensure customer satisfaction and, if discrepancies do occur, every effort is made to investigate and refine our process to alleviate any further issues.
To assist with this investigation, we would be grateful if you could confirm the following through the message centre in YOUR ACCOUNT:-
1. Order number.
2. The incorrect item received.
3. The correct item ordered.
Our aim is to resolve incorrect order queries within 48 hours so a prompt response to this information would be appreciated. Once our investigation is fully completed, we will contact you to advise of the outcome. If we do not receive the requested information within seven days we will assume that you no longer wish for an investigation to place and will close the query accordingly.
