What is the status of my order?

It is easy to keep track of your orders with Myprotein.com. You can:

  • Log into my account and click on order history - here you will be able to see the status of your order.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, Myprotein.com will send you an email to the address registered on your account to confirm that it is on its way. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with instructions on how you can track your order. Your order should be delivered within the timescale advertised on our website.

If your order has not arrived within the delivery timescale advertised on our website, just log into my account and let us know and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
